This study investigates the effect of supplementation of tragacanth gum (GT, 0.05% w/v), low molecular weight gum tragacanth (LMWGT, 0.5% w/v) and inulin (0.5% w/v) on the viability of Bifidobacterium bifidum and the quality parameters of low‐fat yoghurt during a three‐week storage period. The count of probiotics was found to be 7.8 log cfu/g in inulin, and LMWGT enriched yoghurts at the end of the storage period. The minimum water holding capacity and the maximum syneresis values were also obtained in the low‐fat yoghurt enriched with GT throughout the storage time. The samples containing inulin and LMWGT revealed sensory attributes that were judged superior compared to those in GT.  相似文献

Perovskite La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3+δ (LSCF) as a promising cathode material possessed overwhelming electronic conduction along with certain ionic conductivity. Its strong electron conduction capability hinder the application of pure-phase LSCF as electrolyte in semiconductor membrane fuel cell (SMFC). In order to constrain the electron transport and take advantage of the decent ion conduction of LSCF, a thin layer of γ-Al2O3 with insulating property was added as an electron barrier layer and combine with LSCF to form a two-layer structure electrolyte. Through adjusting the weight ratio of LSCF/γ-Al2O3 to optimize the thickness of double layers, an open circuit voltage of 0.98 V and a maximum power density of 690 mW/cm2 was received at 550 °C. At the same time, SEM, EIS and other characterization technology had proven that the LSCF/γ-Al2O3 bi-layer electrolyte can work efficiently at low temperature. The advantage of this work is the application of double-layer (γ-Al2O3/LSCF) structure electrolyte to instead of mixed material electrolyte in low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells. Structural innovation and the using of insulating materials provided clues for the further development of SMFC.  相似文献

Alloy hardened steels offer excellent combination of mechanical properties, hardenability and corrosion resistance. 34CrMo4 is a medium carbon, low alloy steel widely used due to a good combination of high-strength, toughness and wear resistance. However, this steel experiences hydrogen embrittlement (HE), a complex phenomenon depending on the composition and microstructure. This work estimates de loss of the mechanical properties caused by hydrogen in electrochemically H-charged specimens in absence of mechanical stress but also, at low strain rate and constant load. H-charging for 2 and 6 h induce YS losses of about 40% and 71% and UTS losses of 39% and 59%, respectively. The synergistic effect of the stress and the H-charging process leads to a higher loss, 91%, and a faster brittle fracture even though hydrogen content is similar to those firstly H-charged and then tested in air.  相似文献

Efficiency of fuel cell is dependent on reactant distribution, products evacuation, pressure losses and many of these factors is dependent on the design of flow field plate. With an effective design, reactant distribution, pressure drop, and water and heat management can be further improved. In this work, two new designs, as multi-serpentine set-up with additional slots and hybrid geometry, on stainless steel bipolar plates, are presented. Electrical performance, and pressure head losses are analyzed by electrochemical methods such as polarization curve and use of electrochemical noise as a diagnostic tool to further understand the impact of water management on performance. On the one hand, multi-serpentine design shows the best electrical performance with an increase of 0.2 V (66%) at 0.9 A/cm2 in comparison of traditional serpentine design. On the other hand, hybrid design reveals the lowest pressure head losses, with a decrease of 2 mbar (about 50%) in comparison of traditional serpentine design, and a higher stability with time that can be useful to downsize compressor and provide lower impact on fuel cell stack durability.  相似文献

Reducing the Platinum (Pt) loading while maintaining the performance is highly desired for promoting the commercial use of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). Different methods have been adopted to fabricate catalyst layers (CLs) with low Pt loading, including utilizing lower Pt/C catalysts (MA), mixing high Pt/C catalysts with bare carbon black particles (MB), and reducing CL thickness while maintaining high Pt/C ratio (MC). In this study, self-developed pore-scale model is adopted to investigate the performance of the three Pt reduction methods. It is found that MA shows the best performance while MB shows the worst. Then, effects of Pt dispersion are further explored. The results show that denser Pt sites will result in higher local oxygen flux and thus higher local transport resistance. Therefore, MA method, which shows the better Pt dispersion, leads to improved performance. Third, CLs with quasi-realistic structures are investigated. Higher tortuosity resulting from the random pores produces higher bulk resistance along the thickness direction, while MA still exhibits the best performance. Finally, improved CL structures are investigated by designing perforated CL structures. It is found that adding perforations can significantly reduce the bulk transport resistance and can improve the CL performance. It is demonstrated that CL structure plays important roles on performance, and there are still huge potentials to further improve CL performance by increasing Pt dispersion and optimizing CL structures.  相似文献

The increased concentration of CO2 due to continuous breathing and no discharge of human beings in the manned closed space, like spacecraft and submarines, can be a threat to health and safety. Effective removal of low concentration CO2 from the manned closed space is essential to meet the requirements of long-term space or deep-sea exploration, which is an international frontier and trend. Ionic liquids (ILs), as a widespread and green solvent, already showed its excellent performance on CO2 capture and absorption, indicating its potential application in low concentration CO2 capture. In this review, we first summarized the current methods and strategies for direct capture from low concentration CO2 in both the atmosphere and manned closed spaces. Then, the multi-scale simulation methods of CO2 capture by ionic liquids are described in detail, including screening ionic liquids by COSMO-RS methods, capture mechanism by density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulation, and absorption process by computational fluid dynamics simulation. Lastly, some typical IL-based green technologies for low concentration CO2 capture, such as functionalized ILs, co-solvent systems with ILs, and supported materials based on ILs, are introduced, and analyzed the subtle possibility in manned closed spaces. Finally, we look forward to the technology and development of low concentration CO2 capture, which can meet the needs of human survival in closed space and proposed that supported materials with ionic liquids have great advantages and infinite possibilities in the vital area.  相似文献

Several studies have confirmed the geocell reinforcement system as potential road material. However, there is a wide gap between the number of research studies evaluating the geocell in the laboratory and those dealing with road design methods using the geocell. Due to this gap, the geocell system has not reached its full potential in highways. The present study proposes fragility modeling to design low volume roads by considering the geocell reinforced layer's modulus. A predictive model was developed to estimate the geocell layer's modulus using laboratory and finite element analysis results. The results indicate that geocell reinforcement reduces the stresses on the underlying road layers. The developed fragility approach is then used to examine three road designs for Texas's low volume road involving different geocell reinforced layers. The obtained fragility curves indicate the reliability of each of the three road designs against the traffic load and can thereby assist decision-makers in selecting the optimum design. By designing geocell reinforced roads via fragility modeling, highway officials will be able to integrate any uncertainties in the design inputs and check designs against road performance criteria such as rutting and fatigue cracking, and against decision criteria such as cost, emissions, etc.  相似文献

为了保证无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Networks,WSNs)中的源节点位置隐私安全,同时实现安全性能和网络能耗的均衡,提出了WSNs中规避攻击者的源节点位置隐私路由协议,该协议假设节点具有检测攻击者的能力,通过发出危险警告消息使路由路径上的节点采取路由改变策略,使攻击者无法回溯到源节点,延长了源节点保持位置隐私的安全时间。理论分析和仿真实验表明,该协议在消耗较少的通信开销的情况下保证了源节点位置的高度隐私。  相似文献

锥束计算机断层扫描(Cone-Beam Computed Tomography,CBCT)具有采集速度快和空间分辨率高等特点,被生物医学等领域广泛关注。然而通过CPU串行处理CBCT重建中海量投影数据非常耗时,难以满足实时性的需求。GPU的发展为CBCT重建的并行加速提供了条件。根据三角函数周期性的特点对FDK算法进行了改进,并利用GPU实现了12幅投影数据同时并行计算。实验结果表明,相比于传统基于CPU的重建算法,基于GPU的CBCT重建算法在保证图像质量的前提下,将重建速度提高了超过310倍。  相似文献

变分自编码器(VAE)作为深度隐空间生成模型的一种,近年来其表现性能取得了极大的成功,尤其是在图像生成方面。变分自编码器模型作为无监督式特征学习的重要工具之一,可以通过学习隐编码空间与数据生成空间的特征映射,进而在输出端重构生成输入数据。梳理了传统变分自编码器模型及其衍生变体模型的发展与研究现状,并就此做了总结和对比,最后分析了变分自编码器模型存在的问题与挑战,并就可能的发展趋势做了展望。  相似文献
